Our friendly, qualified staff will help you to realise your riding potential. We have lessons for all standards from novice through to advanced, with a range of horses to suit every rider. We
have adult group lessons: Private
lessons are also available for those customers that prefer a more individual
approach to their riding instruction. Private lessons are limited to 30
minutes due to their intensive nature. Additionally, we have a Horse Simulator known as Troy who is availiable for 30 minute lessons. Find out more about Troy here. A large percentage of our customers are children and we have a wide range of types and sizes of horses for them to ride as they learn. Find out more about children's instruction here. Please ring the Office for more details 0161 624 2849. Clothing required Hat - should be of the latest standard (currently BS EN 1384 or PAS 015) and in good condition. These can be provided by Croft End but riders who take up riding on a regular basis are advised to buy their own. Gloves - are well fitting and comfortable Boots - well fitting and in good condition. Boots with a smooth sole and a small heel are best. Trainers or Wellingtons are unsafe and not allowed. Initially boots can be provided by Croft End but again those taking up riding on a regular basis are advised to buy their own. Jodphurs - make riding more comfortable however, initially long trousers that are not restrictive will do. Coat
- Necessary in cold weather. Whatever is worn on the upper body
must fasten properly to prevent it being loose and flapping. Again it
should not be too restrictive. |
