Horse training at Croft End
TRAINING
Croft End Equestrian Centre in association with Reaseheath College,
Nantwich enables students and school leavers to pursue a career in the World of Horses. There are numerous possiblities and modules including;
- Horse Care
- Horse Behaviour & Welfare
- Introduction to Biology
Additional Qualifications include;
- British Horse Society Stage 1
- British Horse Society Riding and Road Safety
Upon successful completion of the First Diploma students could progress to the National Diploma or National Certificate in the Horse Care at Reaseheath College, or stay at Croft End and train for the NVQ Level 2 in Horse Care and the BHS Stage 2.
COURSES
Various course and certificates are available for the leisure rider on how to care for horses in a correct and safe manner. We constantly strive to achieve high standards with the following courses;
- British Horse Society Horseowners certification level 1-3
- Stable Management courses for children, including examination for the ABRS Stable Management tests
WORK EXPERIENCE
We also have close links with Trident and Connexions that work wit local schools and colleges to provide safe and valuable work experience for pupils/ students during various stages of their education.
